How can I pay?
I use PayPal as my payment processor, so I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal account.
I also offer Stripe and Square as ways to pay for your order:-))
Is your site secure?
YES, very secure. You pay through PayPal, Square, or Stripe. I never see your credit card number.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
NO, you do not have to have a PayPal account to use their payment system. You can pay with your credit card WITHOUT a PayPal account.
How will my order be shipped?
I ship to all locations in the USA including Hawaii and Puerto Rico :-)
Orders shipping to the United States are sent out Monday thru Friday using USPS First Class Package (the post office has changed the name to Ground Advantage) with Tracking.
All of my creations come wrapped in a beautiful white gift box ready for gift giving. They are carefully bubble wrapped and packaged in a sturdy shipping box for a safe journey on their way to you:)
USA First Class Shipping Cost ~ First item $5.95 / Additional Items .30 cents. (The US Post Office has raised their rates again in January, 2024.)
At this time I DO NOT ship to any international / overseas locations.
How long will it take for my order to ship out?
My creating and shipping time is running 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. Usually within 24 hours. Thank you so much for your patience! ❤ I ship everyday, except Saturday and Sunday.

Delivered packages in the USA will show the exact GPS coordinates at the time of scan when delivered, which your local post office can help you with. If you have any problems, contact me right away and I will do everything I can possibly do to help. Also contact your Local Post Office right away (where your mail carrier works out of). You can find your local post office phone number at www.usps.com. Give them your tracking number and they will be able to help you find your package. You may return it to me, in it’s original condition and properly wrapped, so the crystals and pearls will be protected on their journey back to me.

Taking Care of Your Crystals
Rinse the Crystals in cool water every once in a while, and that will bring back their sparkle and energy.
The silver plated components can be cleaned with a little bit of liquid silver cleaner for about 4 to 6 seconds and that will bring back their shine.
Be sure to rinse off the Ceiling Fan Pull Chains after a while, because they most likely will become dusty, just like the fan blades do:-)
Same with your Rear View Mirror Charms....rinsing the crystals in cool water will remove the dust and bring back the sparkle.
