How can I pay?

I use PayPal as my payment processor, so I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

** If you do not like using PayPal you can find my entire crystal collection in my Etsy store and  pay using your credit card with the Etsy Direct Checkout payment system.  Their site is also very secure.

Is your site secure?

YES. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never even see your credit card number. PayPal just tells me that you've paid and I ship you your order. I receive your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

NO, you do not have to have a PayPal account to use their payment system.  You can pay with your credit card WITHOUT a PayPal account.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders shipping to the United States are sent out Monday thru Friday using USPS First Class Package with Tracking.  All of my creations come wrapped in a beautiful white gift box ready for gift giving. They are carefully bubble wrapped  and packaged in a sturdy box for a safe journey on their way to you:)

USA First Class Shipping Cost ~ First item $5.95 / Additional Items .30 cents. (The US Post Office has raised their rates again in January, 2023.)

How long will it take for my order to ship out?

There is a large volume of orders coming in right now so my creating and shipping time is running 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order. Thank you so much for your patience! ❤  I ship everyday, except Saturday and Sunday.

I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

Delivered packages in the USA will show the exact GPS coordinates at the time of scan when delivered, which your local post office can help you with. If you have any problems, contact me right away and I will do everything I can possibly do to help. Also contact your Local Post Office right away (where your mail carrier works out of). You can find your local post office phone number at www.usps.com. Give them your tracking number and they will be able to help you find your package. I hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are unhappy with it,  please contact me right away to arrange for a return and refund.  You may return it to me, in it’s original condition and properly wrapped, so the crystals and pearls will be protected on their journey back to me.
I will refund the purchase price after I receive the item or items.  The original shipping costs are non-refundable and it's the buyers responsibility to pay for shipping the item or items back to me.
I recommend sending it with delivery confirmation because I am not able to honor returns that I do not actually receive.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

Taking Care of Your Crystals

Rinse the Crystals in cool water every once in a while, and that will bring back their sparkle and energy.
The silver plated components can be cleaned with a little bit of liquid silver cleaner for about 4 to 6 seconds and that will bring back their shine.

Be sure to rinse off the Ceiling Fan Pull Chains after a while, because they most likely will become dusty, just like the fan blades do:-)
Same with your Rear View Mirror Charms....rinsing the crystals in cool water will remove the dust and bring back the sparkle.
